Good Morning, My brother Bob from Monmouth just purchased a 2011 Sonata for his daughter and I picked it up for him last Saturday. I was at the fs gas station in Monticello, IL late yesterday afternoon and had a problem with the key not turning to start the car. I had other spare keys to try but to no avail. I called for our salesmen Rich Wentz who is on vacation and the receptionist put me in touch with Mark Whitman. He came out in a few minutes and had the key turning as soon as he sat in the car!!! Mark is AWESOME and I deeply appreciate his kind assistance!!! Best Regards

I am contacting you regarding my recent purchase from your auto dealership. I first came to your dealership approximately 6 years ago and purchased a 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo from salesman Jim Keller. I was very pleased with both the transaction and the way Jim treated us. So without saying, when it came time for our family to purchase another vehicle, Jim was the first (and only) salesperson we contacted. We contacted Jim and told him our price range and what we desired out of a vehicle. Jim was able to find us the vehicle we wanted within our price range, a 2005 Mercury Mariner. We purchased the vehicle with great enthusiasm and drove it home. However, after taking the vehicle home we discovered a significant mechanical flaw that forced us to return the vehicle for repair. Throughout this entire ordeal, Jim Keller was outstanding to deal with. Not only in selling us the vehicle, but after it was discovered that something was mechanically wrong, I remember one telephone conversation with Jim in particular where he stated "Andrew, I don't want you to worry about this. You are going to be taken care of". Hearing those words was a huge relief for my wife and I and is only one example of Jim's exemplary conduct. Jim did an outstanding job of keeping us updated throughout the entire process and reassuring us the entire time that we would be taken care of. In addition to Jim, "Carl" from the service department also contacted us on a periodic basis to keep us updated on the vehicle's mechanical status. Just like Jim, Carl was a pleasure to work with and assured us we would be taken care of. In the end, our vehicle was repaired and has since operated perfectly. We couldn't be happier with it. In closing, I wanted to inform you that it is because of the conduct, professionalism and compassion of both Jim Keller and Carl (from service department) that will keep us returning to your dealership for our future automotive needs.
