My wife and I came over with 4 cars picked out to look at, we had been to several other dealerships in Champaign, Rantoul, Decatur, Clinton, and Monticello. John let us look at the cars we had seen online, we were not real satisfied with them. John found us a Mercury Montego in our price range. He did not try to go over our price range like most. He was very, knowlegdeable. He told us what our payments would probably be and they were lower than expected when we picked the car up. I have never seen that happen. He took very good care of us from start to finish. I will use him in the future and recommend him to friends.

I called on Tuesday and spoke to Cliff about the '08 Town & Country that I had found. Cliff had checked the van over to make sure it had everything we were looking for, and had given an estimate on our trade. Since it was the only van in a 300-mile radius that had everything we were looking for, we decided to drive the 566 mile round-trip to buy it on Wednesday. Fourteen hours after we left home, we pulled in the driveway with our new van. I first came to your dealership approximately 6 years ago and purchased a 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo from salesman Jim Keller. I was very pleased with both the transaction and the way Jim treated us. So without saying, when it came time for our family to purchase another vehicle, Jim was the first (and only) salesperson we contacted. We contacted Jim and told him our price range and what we desired out of a vehicle. Jim was able to find us the vehicle we wanted within our price range, a 2005 Mercury Mariner. We purchased the vehicle with great enthusiasm and drove it home. However, after taking the vehicle home we discovered a significant mechanical flaw that forced us to return the vehicle for repair. Throughout this entire ordeal, Jim Keller was outstanding to deal with. Not only in selling us the vehicle, but after it was discovered that something was mechanically wrong, I remember one telephone conversation with Jim in particular where he stated "Andrew, I don't want you to worry about this. You are going to be taken care of". Hearing those words was a huge relief for my wife and I and is only one example of Jim's exemplary conduct. Jim did an outstanding job of keeping us updated throughout the entire process and reassuring us the entire time that we would be taken care of. In addition to Jim, "Carl" from the service department also contacted us on a periodic basis to keep us updated on the vehicle's mechanical status. Just like Jim, Carl was a pleasure to work with and assured us we would be taken care of. In the end, our vehicle was repaired and has since operated perfectly. We couldn't be happier with it. In closing, I wanted to inform you that it is because of the conduct, professionalism and compassion of both Jim Keller and Carl (from service department) that will keep us returning to your dealership for our future automotive needs. I just wanted to take this opportunity to compliment one of your sales staff. My daughter was looking to purchase a Ford Focus this week. We found one of your vehicles on your website very appealing. Living in Indiana we were not sure we wanted to drive over 100 miles to look at this vehicle considering there were hundreds of them in Indianapolis where she lives. Over the years I have bought several new and used vehicles from Andy Mohr Ford and I have built up a good relationship with one of their salesman. On Thursday evening, 2/25/10, I contacted your dealership and spoke to salesman Steve Rice. I asked him some general questions about the vehicle and asked if he could email me the carfax report on stock # 100111 before we would travel to see the vehicle. He graciously obliged and we received the carfax within the hour. After examining the report I called him back and asked him to hold the vehicle until we could travel to your dealership on Friday morning. Again, he graciously obliged our request. On Friday morning we arrived at your dealership and he again answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We took the car for a test drive and my daughter bought the 2007 Beige Ford Focus. He answered all our questions and was very pleasant to deal with. We received a fair price for her trade which really surprised me because I thought we would be low balled and embarrassed. Her car is still running good eventhough it has 139,000 miles on it. The $9,200 asking price of your Focus was very reasonable compared to some of the other 2007's we looked at. No haggling, no going back and forth, no surprises, with the exception of joining the U of I credit Union, which probably got her a lower interest rate. It was a very pleasant experience and when we drove home we were not feeling bad about paying to much for her car because in fact it was very reasonable what she paid for her car. It was a better price than Andy Mohr was going to charge us for a similar vehicle. I told Steve that when I get ready to sell my Ford F-150 I will look at your dealership and him to sell me my next truck. Finally, when my wife's vehicle is ready for trade we will also look your way. Steve even gave me a free oil change and fill-up on my next visit. My daughter and I were very surprised when she received your sales gift of a dozen roses. What a nice touch to an end of a very pleasant experience. Again I really appreciate Steve's professionalism, knowledge and down home spirit in helping my daughter and I find the right car for her. Please tell Steve that some day I will return to your dealership and I will be asking for his assistance. Thanks Very much!"
